Empowering Artists to Grow, Create, and Inspire

The 18th & Vine Artist Growth Grant is a $500 award designed to help one local artist expand their creative practice. Whether it’s new equipment, art supplies, marketing, or studio space — this grant supports the next step in your journey.

How to Enter

To qualify, each artist must submit:

A short paragraph (5–7 sentences) describing how they would use the $500 to grow their art or business.
Examples: purchasing materials, upgrading tools, booking a studio, building an online store, or launching a project.
One sample of artwork — image, photo, or link.

Grant Timeline

Deadline to Enter: November 15, 2025 (Arts Conference)
Winner Announced: Live at the Arts Conference
Grant Amount: $500
Recognition: The selected artist will be featured on all 18th & Vine Arts Festival social media channels and highlighted during the 2026 event weekend.

Eligibility

The 18th & Vine Artist Growth Grant is open to:

Practicing visual, performing, literary, or multidisciplinary artists
Artists who register for the 2026 18th & Vine Arts Festival
Kansas City–based or regional artists committed to participating in the 2026 event
