The Honors Awards Vendor Table Experience offers select vendors the opportunity to showcase their brand, products, or services during one of Kansas City’s most elevated cultural celebrations.
This is a curated vendor experience, designed to complement the elegance, artistry, and cultural significance of the Honors Awards—not a traditional vendor fair.
One (1) vendor table space at the Honors Awards
Access to an engaged, culturally invested audience
Visibility during a red-carpet awards evening
Opportunity to connect with artists, community leaders, creatives, and supporters
Placement within a professionally produced event environment
Date: May 24, 2026
Location: Gem Theater
District: Historic 18th & Vine Jazz District
Red Carpet: 6:00–7:00 PM
Honors Awards Program: 7:00–9:30 PM
Vendor load-in instructions and setup times will be shared prior to the event.
We welcome vendors whose offerings align with the spirit of the Honors Awards, including:
Art, fashion, and creative goods
Cultural products and services
Wellness, lifestyle, and community-centered brands
Local businesses and creative entrepreneurs
All vendor displays should reflect a clean, professional, and elevated presentation consistent with the tone of the event.
Vendor tables are limited and curated
Table size, electricity availability, and setup details will be confirmed after purchase
Vendors are responsible for their own display materials
Vendor table purchase does not include VIP seating or a meal
All vendor sales are final unless otherwise stated
