The non-refundable artist application fee is $35 through December 31, 2026, and $50 starting January 1, 2027, Central Time. The fee is charged per application. There is no booth fee. Submitting an application or paying the fee does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a booth.
Applications are reviewed for artistic quality, originality, variety, available space and program balance. Have your contact details, a short description of your work and a portfolio link ready.
Booth fee: None.
Application deadline: August 1, 2027.
Artists ages 13–17 may request a discretionary application-fee waiver before applying by calling (816) 760-2278. A waiver is not automatic.
Multiple applications are welcome. Complete the application form and add it to your cart, then return to this page to add another application if needed. Each application has its own fee. Use the booth or setup notes to explain any request for multiple booths. Review your applications in the cart and complete checkout. Payment and artist acceptance are separate steps.
